For All CELL@VCELL= 2V

TMI4302 是一款專(zhuān)為保護 2 串、3 串、4 串或5 串鋰離子/聚合物電池的二次保護芯片，可降低因電池過(guò)充而導致的電池損壞或壽命縮短的風(fēng)險。 

TMI4302 超小型MSOP8 或 SOP8 封裝和最少的外部元器件需求，使芯片易于整合至有限的電池包里。
