TMI8118/8118S 是一款為低輸入電壓下工作 的系統而設計的直流電機驅動(dòng)集成電路，單 通道低導通電阻。具備電機正轉/反轉/停止/ 剎車(chē)四個(gè)功能； 
TMI8118/8118S 內置溫度保護功能，當芯片 溫度急劇升高，內部電路關(guān)斷內置的功率開(kāi) 關(guān)管，切斷負載電流。 
TMI8118S 的封裝形式是 SOP8，TMI8118 的封裝形式是 SOT23-6，符合 ROHS 規范， 引腳框架 100%無(wú)鉛。
