TMI8261 是一款 DC 雙向馬達驅動(dòng)集成芯片，適 用于中大電流電機。兩個(gè)邏輯輸入端子 (IN1/IN2) 用作 PWM 控制模式的輸入，以控制流過(guò) H 橋 的電流方向，從而控制直流電機的旋轉方向。該 電路具有良好的抗干擾性，微小的待機電流、超 低的輸出內阻，使用 BCD 工藝，耐壓能力強，釋 放感性負載的反向沖擊電流能力強。 

TMI8261 的封裝形式是 SOP8，符合 ROHS 規范， 引腳框架 100%無(wú)鉛。
