拓爾微新推出TMI8270，是一款集成過(guò)流保護功能的單通道全橋驅動(dòng)芯片，驅動(dòng)能力強，持續電流能力可達6A，峰值電流可達12A，保護功能齊全，相較于傳統的DIP封裝做到體積的完美壓縮，助力全自動(dòng)智能鎖：推門(mén)即入，省力首選！

產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢
控制簡(jiǎn)單：2路PWM接口直接連接控制器電路，簡(jiǎn)化智能門(mén)鎖的控制通道，使得控制操作更加簡(jiǎn)單清晰；
超低功耗：通過(guò)內部設計優(yōu)化處理，關(guān)斷電流（VCC=12V, IN1/IN2=5V no load）=0.6mA,睡眠電流（VCC=24V, IN1=IN2=0V, no load）<1uA，在智能門(mén)鎖不工作時(shí)更加省電。
強大性能：底部焊盤(pán)的加入使得散熱性能比以往傳統的SOP封裝更加出色；引腳對稱(chēng)使得芯片布局更加合理，提高了左、右半橋性能的一致性；持續電流能力正轉可達6.2A，反轉可達5.8A，峰值電流可達12A。

多重保護：TMI8270內部集成OCP、OTP、UVLO多種保護功能，在應用中不易失效更加可靠，且電路簡(jiǎn)單進(jìn)一步降低故障率，提高系統可靠性。
